Christmas Shopping

Yes, it's during Christmastime. I love the decorations, the energy and yes, even the crowds. I'm not usually looking to buy anything (although I sometimes do) which means I don't stress over the lines at checkout counters or worry about the store being out of what I'm looking for...  that's because I completed my shopping right after Thanksgiving. :)

This week or two before Christmas is my time to browse. I love listening to the Salvation Army volunteers ring their bells. I get a kick out of the piped-in holiday music...and yes, snow on the ground only adds to my pleasure.

So, when you find yourself out in the stores frantically searching for that one last perfect gift, I'll be the person walking through the mall in no real hurry...with a big smile on my face.
