Her boyfriend’s back…
Izzie Deshler’s life hasn’t always been picture perfect, but since moving to Good Hope things have been going her way. She has made a wonderful group of friends, her art career is soaring, and the heartbreaks from her past are behind her—or at least, that’s what she thought.
When Dr. Theo Holbrook accepted a position in Good Hope, he was excited to practice in a place where he could really get to know people and make a difference in their lives. But when one of the first faces he sees is his long-lost love Izzie Deshler, he realizes it’s his life that is about to change.
Both Izzie and Theo recognize that the connection between them is as powerful as ever. But while Theo believes fate has brought them back together for fresh start, Izzie isn’t so sure. Good Hope has a way of making strangers into friends, but can this tight-knit community help two lost souls see that sometimes true love deserves a second chance?
Don't miss the chance to lose your heart in this uplifting story of second chances.

“This story brought back a lot of old memories. There were some good ones and so bad ones, but I was able to smile through them. I really loved the ending.”

“OMG – Izzie finally gets her story and what a story!!!! This is about Izzie and Theo. They are not strangers by any means, but of course their past is what can hurt their future. Izzie and Theo were once a couple that was supposed to be together forever, but once she miscarried his child and promised to be there for her, he was gone. Izzie is in a happy place now and this disruption is what she really needs but won’t accept. Theo must gain her trust, but he still loves her, and she still holds him in her heart even though she kept trying to deny it.
Of course, this book would not be as great if it didn’t include Gladys and her group, even with Oaklee out. There is more going on in Good Hope and I love that Cindy incorporates them into everyone’s story. Although there is happiness in the story there is sadness and loss, something that brings tears to my eyes for personal experiences. I hope the stories of Good Hope never ends as it always gives me hope.”
