A Match Made In Good Hope

Book Nine from the Good Hope Series

A Perfect Match or a Perfect Mess?

Katie Ruth Crewes has spent her life trying to be Good Hope’s good girl. Well, maybe not her whole life. After the scandal involving her parents made high school a nightmare it was only natural Katie Ruth would rebel. But those wild days are in the past and that’s where Katie Ruth intends to keep them. Now she’s devoted to her friends, her volunteer work, and recently to a handsome, young minister.

Pastor Dan Marshall knows a lot about many things, but he knows nothing about women. He was blindsided when his fiancée left him last year and he’s never known how to talk to his little sister, Oaklee, the family hellion. Then there’s Katie Ruth. To Dan, she is the ideal woman: smart, caring, and honest. He knows she’s his perfect partner, he just doesn’t know what to do about it. Katie Ruth does a lot for the church, and Dan can’t risk any impropriety—no matter how much he’s tempted….

When Oaklee suddenly appears on Dan’s doorstep, his well-ordered life receives a well-timed shakeup. Perhaps his outrageous sister isn’t as different from him as he believes. She certainly has good advice when it comes to Katie Ruth, who Dan is falling more in love with every day. But Oaklee isn’t the only shock to hit Good Hope. When a secret from Katie Ruth’s past comes to light, she and Dan will have to decide how far they are willing to go to save their piece of paradise.

Will Dan step up and have her back when Katie Ruth takes responsibility for her past? Find out in this heartwarming story of hope and forgiveness.

“The author teaches you some good life lessons in this add story. Do not toss stones if you are not perfect. The best trait we can have is trust.”

“This is the 9th book in this series that I've read by Cindy Kirk. I am about to read book 10 but wanted to take the time to applaud you Cindy Kirk the books I've read so far. These have been a breath of fresh air. The stories are well constructed and enjoyable to read. There is not a lot of angst. The H and h build their relationship during the book, so even though I knew there would be a HEA, I enjoyed the journey. If you enjoy edgy, steamy romances. you may not like these. If you enjoy people with true feelings who build relationships, start from book 1 and have fun.

Let me add that Amy McFadden is one of the best voices I’ve heard read a book. She adds so much to anything she reads. Thank you, Cindy for your gift of writing and to Amy for adding life to Cindy’s words. On to book 10...”

“This book shared alot of emotion throughout the book. Since one character was a minister the author shared many Christian ways and beliefs. It was a very interesting book and I enjoyed it from start to finish.”

“A good read. The reader is introduced to Oaklee, Dan’s sister, a free spirit, rough around the edges. Can she fit in with the Good Hope community? And— Finally a book without sexual encounters, which would have totally ruined the story. Katie Ruth and Dan seem to be made for each other, but Katie Ruth’s past threatens to derail their relationship.”

“I’ve really enjoyed all of Cindy’s books but The Good Hope Series have been my favorite. A Match Made in Good Hope was my favorite of the series. My favorite part of the book was when Katie Ruth didn’t run when the truth about her past came out to the whole town. Katie Ruth held her head up high and took responsibility for her past and her true friends stepped up and had her back when she needed them most. It’s a great read!”
