Weddings can make a girl a little crazy…

Which is probably why Marcee Robbens found herself in the arms of a sexy stranger before the bouquet was even tossed at her best friend’s wedding. And after a night of hot caresses and knee-weakening kisses in handsome Sam McKelvey’s arms, even happily single Marcee is humming the wedding march. So when the sun comes up and Sam hits the road, the usually tough-as-nails beauty finds herself nursing a tender heart…Sam’s not the kind of guy who would have a super-hot hook-up with a woman he barely knows. But something about Marcee had him mesmerized—enough for this usually sensible single dad to abandon his responsibilities for one unforgettable night. But Sam never thought his one night stand would turn up as his new next-door neighbor. Or that once he glimpsed the soft side of this captivating woman, he’d find himself falling in love…

Dreams come true in this wonderful story so sit back, relax and let this uplifting romance warm your heart today!

Love me Tomorrow is the second book in the Love Me Duet by Cindy Kirk. This is the story of of Marcee Robbens and Sam McKelvey. They met at a wedding of their friend and there were sparks from the beginning. Sam saw how special Marcee was when he first met her and Marcee saw the same thing in Sam. The romance was heated from the start.

We see in this book why Marcee is not a fan of small towns. The gossip and the judgements can be very hurtful and damaging. Making assumptions based on appearance instead of looking at who the person is on the inside is wrong and painful for the one judged. Marcee had matured from the young girl who had been harshly judged in the past and she came back strong and more confident in herself. A quote from the book really resonated with me and is so beautifully stated:

It’s not the good times that define us. It’s how we respond to the bad.”

“I enjoyed this love story very much. Sam and Marcee had the chemistry and shared many of the same interest. Sam was a widower raising a teenage daughter. There is also a romance between Marcee’s brother Camden and Sam’s daughter Fern. This book held my interest until the end and what a beautiful ending. I’ll admit that it made me cry. I would highly recommend this book.”

“This was a great light quick read that kept me turning the pages. It was I look for in a Cindy Kirk book and hope to see more from these characters one day. Similar to Love Me Tonight this book is definitely not PG and has some great scenes, but doesn't take away at all from the characters or the story line.”

*****

“I was so happy to get Marcee’s story and just like her it was spunky and sassy until the very end. This book starts at Robert and Jenny’s wedding. Marcee, of course, is the in the wedding and at the reception looking for Mr. Just-For-One-Night. She finds just the man in Mr. Sam McKelvey who just so happens to be Jenny’s little sister’s best friend’s dad. Who knew? Though both made it clear that they were not looking for anything more, both left thinking maybe.

This story is adorable with a touch of steam. It is definitely creates some awkward encounters with both trying to stay under the radar of nosy neighbors in this small town.

Also, you get the bonus of having seeing a friendship develop between Marcee’s stepbrother, Cam and Sam’s daughter, Fern.

There is a lot going on in this small town. I hope this Cindy gets the urge to take us back there for a visit. I would love to read more.”
